Operating Doctrine v1.0

Ethical AI Systems
Design & Integration

We design constrained, auditable AI systems for organizations that require determinism, human governance, and trust-first integration.

Core Identity

What We Are

Circuittelligence is an AI systems integration firm. We do not build black boxes. We engineer constrained AI architecture that bridges the gap between raw model capability and operational business requirements.

We specialize in sovereign data environments, ensuring that intelligence compounds within your organization rather than leaking to external vendors. Our work is operationalized through an internal constrained execution protocol (AEP), which informs how we design and govern AI systems in production.

Ethical Framework

Three Pillars of Governance

01
Sovereignty

Client-Owned Intelligence

Data vectors, knowledge graphs, and memory schemas belong to the client. We build systems where value compounds internally.

02
Determinism

Constrained Logic

We prioritize auditable AI systems. Constraint layers ensure AI outputs are verifiable, repeatable, and safe.

03
Transparency

Human-Governed AI

The methodology is protected, but outputs are transparent. Our systems enable full inspection of decision logic at every node.

Engagement Model

How We Work

Our responsible AI consulting practice focuses on enterprise AI design and deployment. We move beyond simple prompting to full stack infrastructure integration.

01. Discovery

Archetypal analysis of business needs and risk surfaces.

02. Architecture

Designing VPC and Sovereign SaaS environments.

03. Integration

Implementing AI risk management protocols and memory systems.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Circuittelligence Operations ("Circuittelligence," "we," "us," or "our"), including AI systems integration consulting, infrastructure deployment, and related deliverables.

1. Services

Circuittelligence provides AI systems design, integration consulting, and infrastructure architecture services. All engagements are governed by individual Statements of Work ("SOW") that define scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Services are offered as access to a system and methodology, not as a guarantee of specific business outcomes.

2. Payment

Fees are specified in each SOW. Payment is processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable SOW. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts after 15 days written notice.

3. Intellectual Property

Client data, knowledge graphs, vectors, and outputs generated from client data remain the exclusive property of the client. Circuittelligence retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, constraint architectures, tooling, and system frameworks. Neither party may use the other's intellectual property outside the scope of the engagement without written consent.

4. Data Sovereignty

For self-hosted deployments, client data remains within the client's infrastructure at all times. For managed deployments, data handling is governed by the Data Processing Addendum attached to the SOW. We do not sell, share, or use client data for training AI models.

5. Limitation of Liability

Circuittelligence's total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the fees paid under the applicable SOW in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Services involving AI systems carry inherent limitations; we do not warrant that AI outputs will be error-free.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all client data and deliverables completed to date are transferred to the client. Circuittelligence retains its proprietary systems and methodologies.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego County, California.
